All lesson packages must be used within 365 days of purchase. Lesson packages or any portion thereof that are unused more than 365 days after purchase are forfeited and are non-refundable.

Please note there is a 24 hr cancellation policy (see the Returns and Refunds Policy for more information).

I want you to get the most out of your harp lessons. If you determine that you need to stop lessons for any reason, I will happily refund any unused lessons in your lesson package within 365 days of purchase.

Lessons that have already been used or have been subject to the 24 hr cancellation policy are non-refundable.
