Brian Boru’s March is a traditional Irish tune written by the ancient Irish King Brian Boru (c. 941-1014 AD). It is in the key of A minor (no sharps or flats) and has no lever changes. The right hand melody ranges from G above middle C to A above treble C. Chord symbols, fingering, and brackets are included, however there is no written left hand part. The melody has three sections, each of which is clearly labeled to facilitate making your own arrangement. Repeat sections you like, experiment with changing up the chords – the sky’s the limit!
